As you may know, shipping costs vary widely with quantity and weight of the order. Instead of adding an arbitrary amount to each item, we prefer to calculate the shipping cost of your order exactly so that you do not pay more shipping than we do.The form below is designed to help you with your order. You may print it out and mail (Island Cafe - PO Box 242, Captain Cook, HI 96704) or fax (808-328-9908) it to us, or you may phone (808-328-9262) or email ([email protected]) us with your order.
Immediately upon receipt, we will calculate the shipping cost, add state taxes (if shipping within Hawaii), and contact you by your preferred method (email, phone, fax, mail) to let you know the total amount. In order to keep costs at a minimum for you, we do not accept credit cards, but we do accept checks, money orders, and travelers checks.

Island Cafe Kona Coffee and Gourmet Foods was founded in March, 1993, by owner, Ann McCarty, former marketing executive from San Francisco, CA. Established as a brand of exclusive 100% Kona Coffee to be marketed throughout Hawaii and the mainland, the company has become an extensive wholesale product line and distribution company. All manufacuturing and packaging is done at the certified facitility located on Napo`opo`o Road, Captain Cook, Hawaii.
Kona Biscotti was developed as the perfect accompaniment for Kona coffee. A twice-baked gourmet dipping cookie, biscotti are usually made with anise and almonds. Kona biscotti utilizes ingredients special to Kona; fresh macadamias, Kona coffee, coconut and also traditional vanilla, white chocolate chip and cocoa. The first year of production, The Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel opened with Island Cafe Biscotti in every room; QVC featured it on a special Hawaii show, CNN ran footage of our Kona Coffee and Biscotti taped at Big Island Bounty. We added the special Chocolate Covered Kona Peaberry Beans which are also used by the hotels in special VIP amenity baskets and shipped nationwide.
| As a result of distributing some of the best olive oils and balsamic vinegars and other gourmet food products in the world, relationships with Hawaii's best executive chefs were established. When the idea for Chefs of Hawaii came up, many top chefs were contacted. Utilizing again, fresh, local ingredients, together with these chefs' delicious recipes, these bottles dressings and sauces received outstanding reviews, featured in columns in the Honolulu Advertiser, Honolulu Star-Bulletin, West Hawaii Today and the national trade journal, Gourmet News. Ingredients used in these dressings and sauces are local macadamia nut oil and nuts, ginger, shallots, basil, lemon grass, turmeric, strawberry papaya, fresh pineapple juice, honey, and lilikoi. We plan to keep the manufacture in Hawaii and ship to distributors on the mainland in the near future. |
Other products added to the line are Hawaiian Fruits, a line of fresh jellies and preserves made with hand picked fruits from the Volcano region including ohelo, waiawai (strawberry guava), papaya,pineapple and ginger marmalade. Raw Hawaiian Honey and Organic Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts are the latest additions.
Taste of Aloha Gourmet Gift Baskets were developed for Costco last Holiday season and were commissioned again this year. They feature Island Cafe and other locally made products.
