Our Chefs of Hawaii line of dressings and marinades are created for us by some of Hawaii's most innovative chefs, using only fresh, natural ingredients, island-grown herbs, nuts and vegetables.
| Jean's Honey Mustard Macadamia Nut Oil Dressing A fresh sweet-tart nutty dressing using macadamia nut oil. Superb on greens, pasta, potato or vegetable salads. Healthiest of all cooking oils (high in the important monounsatuated fat) cold-pressed macadamia nut oil is now regarded as even more beneficial than olive oil, so use also to marinade seafood and poultry. Try also Jean's version with Lilikoi (passion fruit), or with Tarragon. Jean Hull, CCE, is a noted chef, educator, and nutrionist. |
