Hawaii's sweet bounty captured in a jar!

Our preserves are made in Hawaii from the freshest finest hand-picked fruits grown on the Big Island of Hawaii. Cooked in small batches to ensure gourmet quality and taste, these fruits are delicious in so many ways, whether simply on toast, spooned over ice cream, in a sauce, or as a glaze for your favorite entree. No preservatives, additives or pectin are used, only all natural ingredients.

Ohelo (oh-hello)
Ohelo is a relative of the cranberry and makes a delicious tasting preserve savored by Hawaiians for generations. Try it on a bagel with cream cheese. (Seasonal)

Pineapple, Papaya, Ginger Marmalade
A truly tropical marmalade, made with fresh islands fruits and Hawaiian ginger. Great on ice cream, and as a glaze on holiday meats.

Poha (poe-ha)
Poha is a relative of the gooseberry. It has a delicate, piquant flavor and is wonderful on muffins or bread. (Seasonal)

Waiawi (vi-vee)
Waiawi, a variety of strawberry guava which grows wild near Volcano National Park has a sweet, subtle flavor. We enhance it with hot Hawaiian Red Peppers, and with fresh Hawaiian Ginger.

Macadamia Nut Honey
A scrumptious raw, organic honey from bees who collect their nectar from our famous Hawaiian macadamia nut orchards.
