MISSION STATEMENT

To promote and protect 100% Kona coffee

    OBJECTIVES as Established in the 2005-onwards Strategic Plan

  • Increase KCC membership by promoting Council Benefits
  • Prepare and produce materials for member recruitment and retention
  • Create a mentorship program for new members
  • Promote/protect 100% Kona Coffee
  • Place ads in national magazines promoting 100% Kona
  • Increase promotion of 100% Kona coffee in national and international trade shows
  • Seek legislation to protect the Kona coffee name
  • Improve the appearance and functionality of the KCC website
  • Increase KCC presence in tourism venues, such as cruise ships
  • Investigate forming a for-profit arm of KCC
